Po Sum On 保心安油

Baoxin’an Oil is a topical herbal oil used to dispel wind, relieve pain, open the orifices, reduce swelling, promote blood circulation, and relieve itching. It is indicated for nasal congestion due to cold, dizziness and headache, muscle sprains, insect bites, and motion sickness.

Indications / Uses

• Relieves mild muscle or joint pain caused by bumps or sprains

• Relieves itching from mosquito or insect bites

Dosage and Administration

• For external use only; do not ingest

• Adults and children over 2 years: apply 0.25–2 mL to the affected area depending on size, massage gently. Repeat 4 times daily, every 3 hours.

• For children: rub a small amount in the palms until warm, then press the palms on the child’s abdomen for several seconds for relief.

• For wind, cold, or damp-related limb pain or numbness: apply an appropriate amount to the affected area and massage for several minutes, several times daily.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool place.

Precautions

• For external use only, suitable for adults and children over 2 years

• Do not apply near the eyes, on delicate skin, or on damaged skin

• If ingested, seek medical attention immediately

• Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs

• If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, stop use and consult a physician

• Do not bandage the area after application

用法：
        只供外敷之用，不可内服，成人及2岁以上的儿童每日可在患处按部位大小，涂搽1/4毫升至二毫升，搽后轻轻按摩患处，一日四次，每隔三小时一次
        如果孩童使用，可由成人将保心安油搽于掌心 ，摩擦至热，然后把掌心按在其肚子上，十数秒便可见效。 因风、寒、湿等引起的肢体疼痛或四肢麻木，将保心安油/膏适量涂在患处，轻轻按摩数分钟 ，一天数次，可达到驱风除湿，通痹止痛之功效，症状得以缓解或消失。

注意事项：:适合成人及两岁以上儿童使用，只宜外用，不可擦近眼部，不可擦在娇嫩皮肤或者受损伤皮肤，误服即到医院求诊，用后如引致皮肤敏感立即停止使用，用后7日病症无减退即停使用求医诊治，擦后切勿包扎。
