Ingredients
Patchouli (Guang Huo Xiang), Cocklebur Fruit (Cang Er Zi), Epimedium (E Bu Shi Cao), Wild Chrysanthemum (Ye Ju Hua), Scutellaria (Huang Qin), Ephedra (Ma Huang), Angelica (Dang Gui), Pig Gall Powder (Zhu Dan Fen), Peppermint Oil (Bo He You), Chlorpheniramine Maleate.
Excipients: Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Aluminum Hydroxide, Starch, Talcum Powder, Maltodextrin, Film-Coating Premix.

Description
Sugar-coated tablets. After removing the coating, the core appears brown; slightly sweet, bitter, astringent, with a cooling sensation.

Functions and Indications
Clears heat and detoxifies, ventilates the lungs, opens the orifices, reduces swelling, and relieves pain.
Used for acute and chronic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and related nasal conditions.

Administration and Dosage
Oral administration: 4 tablets per dose, 3 times daily.

Adverse Reactions
May cause drowsiness, sleepiness, thirst, and weakness. Some patients may experience mild stomach discomfort, which disappears after stopping the medication.

Contraindications
Use with caution in pregnant women.

Precautions

  1. Avoid spicy or fishy foods.

  2. Pregnant women should use with caution.

  3. Patients with allergic rhinitis of deficiency-cold type should use with caution.

  4. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension or heart disease should use under physician guidance.

  5. Mild stomach discomfort may occur in some patients; take after meals.

  6. If symptoms of acute rhinitis do not improve after 3 days or other symptoms appear, consult a physician.

  7. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or working at heights during treatment.

  8. Follow the recommended dosage; children should use under physician guidance.

  9. Do not use if the appearance of the product changes.

  10. Children must use under adult supervision.

  11. Keep out of reach of children.

【性状】本品为糖衣片，除去糖衣后显褐棕色;味微甘而苦涩、有凉感。

【功能主治】清热解毒，宣肺通窍，消肿止痛。用于急慢性鼻炎，过敏性鼻炎等。

【用法用量】口服。一次4片，一日3次。

【不良反应】可见困倦、嗜睡、口渴、虚弱感；个别患者服药后偶有胃部不适，停药后可消失。

【禁忌】孕妇慎用。

【注意事项】

1.忌辛辣、鱼腥食物。

 2.孕妇慎用。

3.凡过敏鼻炎属虚寒症者慎用。

4.高血压、心脏病等慢性病者，应在医师指导下服用。

5.个别患者服药后偶有胃部不适，停药后可消失；建议饭后服用。

6.急性鼻炎服药三天后症状无改善，或出现其他症状，应去医院就诊。

7.用药期间不宜驾驶车辆、管理机器及高空作业等。

8.按照用法用量服用，儿童应在医师指导下服用。

9.药品性状发生改变时禁止服用。
