Shi Quan Da Bu Wan 十全大补丸（国医药业）

Shiquan Dabu Pills are a traditional Chinese patent medicine. They are a dual tonic for both qi and blood, with the function of warming and replenishing qi and blood. They are used for deficiency of both qi and blood, manifested as pale complexion, shortness of breath and palpitations, dizziness with spontaneous sweating, fatigue and weakness, cold limbs, and excessive menstrual bleeding.

Description
This product is a honeyed pill (water-honey pill or large honey pill) ranging in color from brownish to dark brown. It has a fragrant aroma and a sweet taste with slight pungency.

Ingredients
Codonopsis (Dangshen), Fried Atractylodes (Baizhu), Poria (Fuling), Honey-fried Licorice (Zhi Gancao), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), White Peony Root (wine-fried) (Baishao), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shu Dihuang), Honey-fried Astragalus (Zhi Huangqi), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui).
Excipient: Honey.

Functions and Indications
Warms and tonifies qi and blood.
Used for deficiency of both qi and blood, with symptoms such as pale complexion, shortness of breath and palpitations, dizziness with spontaneous sweating, fatigue and weakness, cold limbs, and excessive menstrual bleeding.

Administration and Dosage
Oral administration.

• Water-honey pills: 8pills every time. Three times daily.

Pharmacological Analysis
In this formula, Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria, and Licorice constitute Si Jun Zi Tang (Four-Gentlemen Decoction), which tonifies qi, strengthens the spleen, and nourishes the stomach.
Angelica, Prepared Rehmannia, White Peony Root, and Chuanxiong constitute Si Wu Tang (Four-Substance Decoction), which nourishes the blood, enriches yin, and tonifies the liver and kidneys.
Astragalus strongly tonifies lung qi and, when combined with the Four-Gentlemen herbs, enhances the qi-tonifying effect. Cinnamon bark warms the primordial yang and strengthens the spleen and stomach.
All herbs work together to achieve the effect of warming and tonifying both qi and blood.

Precautions

1. Avoid foods that are difficult to digest.

2. Not suitable for patients with colds or fever.

5. If symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks of treatment, seek medical attention.

本品为棕揭色至黑褐色的水蜜丸或大蜜丸；气香，味甘而微辛。

规格
200粒每瓶水蜜丸

组成
党参、白术（炒）、茯苓、炙甘草、当归、川芎、白芍（酒炒）、熟地黄、炙黄芪、肉桂。辅料为蜂蜜。

功能主治
温补气血。用于气血两虚所致的面色苍白，气短心悸，头晕自汗，体倦乏力，四肢不温，月经量多。

用法用量
口服。每次8粒。一日3次。

药性分析
方中党参、白术、白茯苓、甘草四味即四君子汤，能益气补中，健脾养胃；当归、熟地黄、白芍药、川芎四味即四物汤，能养血滋阴，补肝益肾；黄芪大补肺气，与四君子同用，则补气之功更优，又用肉桂补元阳，暖脾胃。诸药合用，共奏温补气血之功。
