Jie Er Yin Xi Ye 洁尔阴洗液

Jie’er Yin Wash Solution clears heat, dries dampness, kills parasites, and relieves itching.

Indications:

1. Female vaginal discharge due to damp-heat: Symptoms include itching, redness, and swelling of the vulva, increased yellow or curd-like discharge, bitter mouth and dry throat, dark yellow urine, and constipation. Suitable for fungal or trichomonas vaginitis with the above symptoms.

2. Skin conditions: Used for eczema (damp-heat type), contact dermatitis (heat-toxin with dampness type), and tinea cruris (wind-damp-heat type).

Ingredients:
Cnidium Fruit (She Chuang Zi), Mugwort Leaf (Ai Ye), Angelica Pubescens (Du Huo), Acorus (Shi Chang Pu), Atractylodes (Cang Zhu), Mint (Bo He), Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bai), Scutellaria (Huang Qin), Sophora Root (Ku Shen), Kochia Seed (Di Fu Zi), Artemisia Capillaris (Yin Chen), Cortex Lycii (Tu Jing Pi), Gardenia (Zhi Zi), Honeysuckle Flower (Shan Yin Hua).
Excipients: Solubilizer, sodium benzoate, flavoring.

Functions and Indications:
Clears heat, dries dampness, kills parasites, and relieves itching.

Specification:
140 mL per bottle

Administration and Dosage:

• Vulvovaginitis: 10% solution (10 mL of the product diluted with warm boiled water to 100 mL). Wash the vulva and use a douche to irrigate the vagina with 10% solution once daily for 7 days.

• Contact dermatitis and eczema: 3% solution (3 mL diluted with 100 mL cold boiled water) applied as a wet compress 2–3 times daily, 30–60 minutes each; for intact skin, the original solution can be applied 3–4 times daily. Treatment course: 7 days.

• Tinea cruris: 50% solution (50 mL diluted with 100 mL cold boiled water) applied 3 times daily for 21 days.

Adverse Reactions:
Some patients may experience increased redness, stinging, or irritation at affected areas.

Contraindications:
Not for use in menstruating or pregnant women.

Precautions:

1. For external use only; do not ingest.

2. Avoid spicy, raw, cold, or greasy foods.

3. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes; do not use on broken skin.

4. Abstain from sexual activity during treatment; sexual partners should be treated if infected.

5. Unmarried or postmenopausal patients should use under medical guidance.

6. Not suitable for vulvar leukoplakia or diabetes-related itching.

7. If discharge is bloody or accompanied by urinary frequency, urgency, or pain, seek medical attention.

8. Discontinue use if stinging or redness worsens.

9. If symptoms persist after 7 days for vaginal discharge, or 2 weeks for eczema or tinea cruris, consult a physician.

10. Follow instructions; do not increase concentration; do not apply undiluted solution directly to vulva or anus.

11. Contraindicated in patients allergic to this product; use with caution in those with allergic constitution.

12. Do not use if the appearance of the product changes.

13. Keep out of reach of children.

14. Consult a physician or pharmacist if using other medications.

性状
本品为棕色至深棕色液体；气芳香。

用法用量
外阴、阴道炎：用10%浓度洗液（即取本品10毫升加温开水至100毫升混匀），擦洗外阴，用冲洗器将10%的洁尔阴洗液送至阴道深部冲洗阴道，一日1次，七天为一疗程；接触性皮炎、湿疹：用3%浓度洗液（即取本品3毫升加冷开水至100毫升混匀）湿敷患处，皮损轻者一日2～3次，每次30～60分钟，；无溃破者，可直接用原液涂擦，一日3～4次；7天为一疗程。体股癣：用50%浓度洗液（即取本品50毫升加冷开水至100毫升混匀）涂擦患处，一日3次，21天为一疗程。

不良反应
个别患者皮损处出现皮肤潮红加重、刺痛等。

禁忌
经期、孕期妇女禁用。

注意事项
1.本品为外用药，禁止内服。
2.忌食辛辣、生冷、油腻食物。
3.切勿接触眼睛、口腔等黏膜处。皮肤破溃处禁用。
4.治疗期间忌房事，配偶如有感染应同时治疗。
5.未婚或绝经后患者，应在医师指导下使用。
6.外阴白色病变、糖尿病所致的瘙痒不宜使用。
7.带下伴血性分泌物，或伴有尿频、尿急、尿痛者，应去医院就诊。
8.若使用中出现刺痛，皮肤潮红加重，暂停使用。
9.带下量多用药7天、湿疹及体股癣用药2周症状无缓解，应去医院就诊。
10.严格按说明书要求使用，不可随意提高浓度；外阴、肛门等处勿直接用原液涂擦。
11.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
12.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
13.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
14.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
