Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan 知柏地黄丸（同仁堂）（国医药业）

Zhibai Dihuang Pills nourish yin and clear heat. They are used for hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, with symptoms such as tidal fever, night sweating, dry mouth and sore throat, tinnitus with seminal emission, and short, dark-colored urine.

Ingredients
Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhi Mu), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shu Dihuang), Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bai), Processed Cornus Fruit (Shan Zhu Yu), Chinese Yam (Shan Yao), Moutan Bark (Mu Dan Pi), Poria (Fu Ling), Alisma Rhizome (Ze Xie).

Description
This product is a black-brown concentrated pill. It has a mild odor and a bitter, sour taste.

Used for hyperactive fire due to yin deficiency, presenting with tidal fever and night sweating, dry mouth and sore throat, tinnitus with seminal emission, and short, reddish urine.

Every 8 pills correspond to 3 g of crude herbal materials.

Precautions

1. Use with caution in pregnant women.

2. Not suitable for patients with deficiency-cold syndromes, characterized by intolerance to cold, cold hands and feet, and preference for warm drinks.

4. Preferably taken on an empty stomach or before meals, swallowed with warm water or light salt water.
